Finley Regional Care
Finley Regional Care (FRC) was like a lot of customers who come to Kingfisher for branding – it was a fabulous business that was wildly underselling itself.
A good brand should be an accurate reflection of the business, communicating through message and style what the company stands for. This was not the case for Finley. We set about correcting this, starting first with research. We needed to understand clearly what FRC stood for, who their competitors were, and where we could position them for optimal advantage.
The final brand delivered a vastly more energised and sophisticated look for FRC. The use of the pink colour palette made for a more compassionate and female-friendly brand. The typography was modern, to demonstrate FRC’s continued adoption of the latest technology, but also highly legible and appropriate for a regional business.
Finally the tagline of ‘better tomorrow’ positioned FRC beautifully as a health service that was committed to a better tomorrow not only for patients, but also staff. A good tagline should also act as a war cry for staff, helping to guide short and long-term decisions and ensure everyone at FRC understands the organisation’s overarching goal of constant improvement. On every front the new brand was a winner and has been a significant contributor totheir continued success.
